Poor benefits and low bonuses. It is not a responsibility-based work system, but overtime is commonplace. Saturday shifts rotate. Sometimes overtime is required during consecutive holidays. The supervisor is very emotional, and the on-site technicians sometimes make sarcastic remarks. Policies change from morning to evening, and the environment is poor.

I have already attended an interview, but the job responsibilities were not explained in detail during the interview, and I was not notified whether I had been accepted. Now I have received another interview invitation. Does the company know that I have already attended an interview?? This leaves a very bad impression.
