The boss is often late paying salaries. Even when it comes to the most basic payroll payments, they will say it is the bank’s problem, but we only trust CTBC Bank! Employees are required to arrive at the company 30 minutes early on Mondays to clean, without pay! During the one-hour lunch break, employees are not allowed to leave the company to eat! The boss often uses emotional blackmail to pressure employees. It is perfectly normal for the work to be impossible to finish, but they will say employees do not know how to manage their time and then demand even more work. They will sow discord among employees, speak badly of former employees, and if you want to experience emotional blackmail at its most extreme, you can give it a try. As for customers, they will even sell old items as new ones!
The boss is very talkative and easy to get along with. You can learn a lot while working here, and it is foreseeable that this experience will also be helpful when moving to other companies in the future.
It was too far from my home, so I politely declined. I recommend that anyone interested go for an interview and see for themselves!
