Pros
A company with a good benefits system, two days off every week, public holidays off, and occasional business trips and overtime.
Cons
A very small company with only about three or four people. One of the senior managers has problems controlling their emotions.
You can learn things, but you also have to put up with the manager’s volatile temper.
