Pros
When there are few orders, your days are very easygoing.
On the last day of the month, you don't have to clock out when leaving work.
Cons
Annual leave is not granted according to the number of days stipulated by the Labor Standards Act.
Annual leave is also deducted for typhoons, natural disasters, and other unavoidable circumstances.
No one wants to work the night shift, so you work alone (and you won't get any extra pay).
During the day shift, the boss's inspection sometimes delays the end of your workday.
