You can learn a lot, and the company is very willing to teach.
Cons
When the workday is over, no one dares to leave. Employees who leave on time are all dismissed, being accused of not loving the company and of not having their hearts in the company. The boss is a good person, but the managers are all out of touch with reality. The boss is far removed from the day-to-day operations, so they always follow the managers’ opinions. The hardships of the employees below are completely invisible.
