Pros
None. There are no advantages. The supervisor is emotional and applies double standards; when something happens to people they favor, it is treated as if nothing happened.
Cons
Low pay, many demands, and phones must be locked in a cabinet. If you make a mistake, you have to apologize, whether you work on-site or in the office. The supervisor can make mistakes, but you cannot. If you do, you are required to write a self-criticism report. In addition, you need to watch out for being framed.
