Good salary, straightforward colleagues
Cons
A company with an extremely high dismissal rate (I personally witnessed three employees being dismissed within a short period). They may unexpectedly tell you to work until the end of the day and force you to write a voluntary resignation letter. When asked for the reasons for unsuitability, 10% are factual and 90% are not.
