It seems okay; the colleagues are quite nice.
Cons
The pay is low for the level of responsibility. There is no overtime pay for working on holidays, the workplace has poor occupational safety, and it operates under a responsibility-based system. Please make sure you are a hardworking, long-suffering young person before joining!
