Read the community guidelinesThe employee benefits are okay.
Occasionally, they bring in outside instructors to provide training for employees.
They genuinely seem to care about training employees.
A family-owned company with many problems.
There are few opportunities to interact with the general manager.
He seems to be a fairly sensible person,
but the key issue is that one particular supervisor is someone with many problems.
It feels like he often does not know what he should or should not do.
He is constantly causing trouble.
Sometimes he takes it upon himself to give customers haircuts or hairstyles that they did not want.
He often boasts about having cut or styled the hair of various celebrities or entertainers in the past.
Sometimes, in order to promote the company,
he uses his own employees as models for styling (perms and hair coloring).
He even forces employees to like the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages, and sometimes to share them with their friends.
He keeps asking employees to do things they are not really willing to do.
When there is nothing else to do, he watches motivational videos in the office.
The main issue is that he deliberately plays the sound extremely loudly.
He often obtains products from unknown sources
and wants to sell them as products made by the company.
No one knows whether the products are legal or have passed sanitary inspections.
If no one buys them, he even asks us employees to put on an act ourselves,
so that it looks as though the products are in high demand.
Even so, no one wants to buy any of the things he sells. It’s hilarious.
