A really terrible interview experience. I interviewed for a design-related position, but the HR person didn't understand anything and only asked about my zodiac sign and whether I had a partner.
They couldn't understand design either, so they had someone from the department hiring for this position interview me. The person in this design role was leaving, which was why they were hiring.
After the interview, HR also gave me an assignment to complete at home. I drew it and uploaded it for them to review, and then they completely ghosted me.

I interviewed with the general manager, who arrived more than half an hour late. After coming in, he did not offer a single apology or explanation—very ill-mannered.
For the second-round interview, the secretary responsible for arranging it was on leave, and no one knew that an interview had been scheduled...
