Read the community guidelinesThe interview seemed pretty unremarkable.
There was a written test, including Chinese and English and such.
1. The base salary is extremely low; the rest is calculated as an “allowance.” The base salary is 40K, but the company only reports 38K for labor insurance because they say the other 2K is only paid depending on how well you perform?
2. The entire company has fewer than ten employees and three company registrations. There is one office and one company registration across the strait, yet they call themselves a group company??
3. There is basically no employee training; they expect you to be productive immediately.
4. The only veteran salesperson takes you along to meet clients and jumps straight into discussing case details with no context or explanation. Who is supposed to understand that? Then, at the end, they ask, “Why didn’t you say anything just now?”
5. The only veteran salesperson speaks in a very sarcastic tone and acts extremely arrogant!
Are you thinking of applying? Good thing you saw this post—don’t do it! Go find a more normal company, okay?
