An interview was scheduled for that afternoon, but upon arrival, an employee said they had no idea whether there was an interview. When I called the supervisor, they said it would take another 20 minutes before they could return to the site. This was very disrespectful to the interviewee. Despite posting so many job openings, they could not even show the basic respect of keeping an appointment, causing the interviewee to make a long and arduous trip.
