The position advertised for the interview was not entirely accurate. Based solely on the Japanese translation, they felt that my Japanese proficiency was insufficient and used this as a reason to cut the salary I requested by 5,000. The interview was not conducted in Japanese either. Are they looking for a sales representative or a sales assistant? It was not very clear. The salary offered for a sales position was also too low. Those who can speak Japanese and consider themselves proficient are advised not to apply to this company.
