1. Long working hours; often, colleagues from other departments have all gone home, but you still have to stay because someone often assigns tasks right before the end of the workday.
2. Often announces meetings at short notice, but before they start only says that certain topics will be discussed, then suddenly brings up other work matters.
3. Very good at "taking advantage of people"....
