The company consists only of the owner and his wife. The owner is generally a decent person, but sometimes has a bad temper. When they disagree, the husband and wife argue, leaving employees unsure whose instructions to follow and at risk of being unfairly scolded.
When the owner is absent, his wife makes employees run errands and do odd jobs. In the summer, she does not allow the air conditioner to be turned on, so employees can only share a fan with her.
The company does not have many orders and often requires employees to take unpaid leave.
