Read the community guidelinesOther than the company having a cute cat, I can't think of anything else.
A small, family-run business owned by the boss's wife, who is also the accountant. If you want to train your EQ and submissiveness, you can go there. The managers are emotional and constantly change their minds. They speak loudly and don't mince words. They call meetings whenever they suddenly feel like it and hold meetings about whatever comes to mind (when they throw out an issue, they expect you to have ideas and respond immediately; otherwise, you're accused of having no ideas and being brought in without knowing why). The work described during the interview is only a small part of what you actually do after officially starting.
The boss is well versed in emotional blackmail. He constantly belittles you to make you want to prove yourself to him, and then repeats the cycle after you do. Of course, there is no reward for meeting the target. If there is one, it might be a single NT$1,000 bill handed to you bare, without even a red envelope—and he won't even look at you while doing it. As for the salary, I won't even mention it.
The upside is that there is a cute cat, and you can almost leave work on time (I advise against it—if you leave on time, you'll be mocked), so try to stay another half hour if possible. That's all.
