Read the community guidelines1. The office atmosphere is harmonious

1. I was interviewed and hired by the boss’s wife (the business manager and vice president). After I joined the company, I only saw her at the office for one day, and she never came to the company again. The boss subsequently took over the sales work. He likes to use an R&D mindset to direct business development. (The boss’s wife used to manage the sales work, and the boss also did not want employees to know why she stopped coming to the company.)
2. There are surveillance cameras in the elevator that can also record sound, which makes it feel like there is no freedom
3. There are no proper systems, and the computer equipment is outdated
4. The boss is a typical stingy Taiwanese old-school boss.
5. The salary consists of multiple allowances plus a base salary; the actual base salary is far below the expected salary.
6. The boss does not like to communicate and assumes that employees should understand him. He is inarticulate and speaks without getting to the point. Meetings are inefficient, and work instructions require employees to figure them out on their own.
