Read the community guidelines1. I feel that the president and editor-in-chief has always steadfastly upheld principles of publishing ethics and ideals. Her passion and drive are enough to inspire the entire publishing house—she is the soul of the company.
2. When the company makes money, everyone truly shares in the benefits!
3. The colleagues are all gentle and lovely, and very considerate!
4. Having the opportunity to meet lovely authors is also one of the important perks.
5. The work is stable while also being very challenging. I feel that the editor-in-chief gives us plenty of freedom and room to work. As long as you can convince yourself and others, you can basically work on any topic you want.
