Interview for a digital graphic designer position
There was a computer-based test, but the computer wouldn’t turn on no matter what we tried, which felt a bit disappointing.
The colleagues are all nice.
At first, they attract people to join by offering a high salary (which isn’t actually that high), and then use various methods to deduct money from your pay. It feels awful.
The website advertised a year-end bonus, but there actually isn’t one. If there wasn’t one, they shouldn’t have included it in the first place. I feel deceived.
The supervisor does things based on their mood. If they’re happy today, everything is fine; if they’re in a bad mood tomorrow, nothing is acceptable.
Full salary deduction for sick leave.
No overtime pay.
