Pros
There aren't really any advantages; perhaps just that there's not much pressure and the work atmosphere is relaxed.
Cons
A family business with many long-term employees. The family members seem to have no grasp of administrative matters, but they pick and choose what they want to manage.
There are many people outside the formal organizational structure. Creating or correcting the system here is nothing but a pipe dream.
