Read the community guidelinesConveniently located right next to an MRT station and a shopping district, with a wide range of everyday amenities.
1. Labor and health insurance are not provided from the first day of employment. Questions regarding this need to be asked carefully; if you are unlucky, you may be repeatedly reprimanded and called in for meetings.
2. You need to be extremely outgoing and constantly engage in heartfelt conversations with your supervisor; otherwise, you may face emotional manipulation. Not suitable for people who only want to quietly complete their assigned work.
3. Annual leave is subject to special rules at this small company, so it may differ from what you expect.
4. Various benefits are only available after one full year of employment and are not prorated based on your start date, so consider this carefully if it matters to you.
5. Following from points 3 and 4, all kinds of unreasonable requests are brushed off with the claim that “that’s just how small companies are.” The demands are greater than at large companies, but the benefits are not.
6. One supervisor’s catchphrase is: “Other than running the company, you have to be able to do everything.” They want an all-around superhuman but are only willing to offer banana-level pay and benefits.
