Pros
The work environment at this company feels quite comfortable.
The interview was close to 5 p.m., and I also heard that employees all leave work on time. The company subsidizes expenses such as gym memberships, which is considered one of its benefits.
Cons
The salary seems to be relatively fixed at the beginning. The interviewer suggested that employees who are not too particular about this should apply, but the company does seem to have a fair amount of structure, and its benefits are something to look forward to.
