Cons
The production line supervisor and senior employees are very emotional and like to make things difficult.
Every week, we also have to attend meetings and listen to the supervisor chew people out and spout bullshit.
The turnover rate is very high. In the month I was there, nearly ten new employees came and all of them left.
The supervisor served as a career military volunteer, so you can draw your own conclusions about the quality and standards.
