That senior production employee has extremely poor emotional intelligence. The work is not difficult, but they roll their eyes when teaching others. During the interview, they said overtime was not required, and the entire department does not work overtime—yet they are the only one who has to. The work clearly does not require overtime; it is all because they are afraid of mistakes. Everyone has to wait for them to finish their own work before continuing with the next task. They look very busy, so when asked whether they needed help, they actually lost their temper and said no, then cried as if they were being wronged, making people feel that the new employee was bullying them.

Overtime cannot be claimed for overtime pay! Overtime worked on holidays can only be exchanged for compensatory time off; any unused compensatory leave by the deadline is deemed forfeited. They are often hiring, and the turnover rate is high.
