The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
Cons
Overtime is treated as part of everyday life. If you want to live a normal life, I suggest you don't apply. Everyone is overworked; leaving at 6 p.m. is considered early! The boss looks askance at anyone who clocks out first. The benefits are just average.
