Read the community guidelinesIs a normal salary really considered a benefit?
1. The boss and supervisors have their own set of logic and often argue with the client/consultant or feel that things are not being handled effectively on-site.
2. The boss decides at will when to release payments to contractors.
3. Legal expertise >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> engineering expertise
4. They withdrew me from Labor Insurance without authorization and did not notify me.
5. It would be better to deliver for Panda.
At most, the salary is paid on time.
1. The boss is often emotionally unstable and frequently makes unreasonable demands.
2. When the boss thinks you are good, they take advantage of you and often say, “I treat you so well.” When they do not get what they want, they say, “I pay you so much, and you can’t even handle one thing.”
3. Often treats junior engineers as manual laborers.
4. Vendor payments are very irregular. Vendors frequently complain. To put it accurately, the boss pays when they feel like it and does not pay when they do not, so work on-site cannot move forward.
5. No matter how many things go wrong, it is always the people at the construction site who are blamed.
6. Also uses a terrible clock-in system that frequently malfunctions. If you do not use an iPhone, pay close attention: if your clock-in is not recorded, they will later accuse you of being absent, and correcting the record takes forever.
The colleagues are generally nice.
1. Things keep coming in, and it is difficult to prioritize because the boss and supervisor always want things urgently. They may ask for one thing five minutes ago and another thing five minutes later, so strong stress-resistance is necessary.
2. The work is varied.
3. Whenever something happens, the supervisor will not help you and will only push you into trouble.
4. The boss is emotionally unstable and often complains that employees have poor memories. Whenever assigning a task, the boss assumes that once they tell you the beginning, you should know the ending. It is easy to overhear the boss speaking ill of employees behind their backs.
5. The systems are inadequate and depend entirely on the boss’s mood.
