The boss talks a lot of nonsense and forces employees to discuss their families and private lives. Hypocritical. The factory relies on just one master technician for pattern-making and development—it will go under very quickly. The boss loves meddling but does not understand the products. Ridiculous. Every day, they only want to drink. They expect employees to be available to the company 24 hours a day. They absolutely refuse to adjust salaries. A group of older female employees who bully newcomers. The work is narrow in scope and has no future.
