Legacy reviews: 3
1. The middle- and lower-level managers are all very nice.
2. There is a high tolerance for mistakes, making it suitable for newcomers to learn. However, everyone teaches things differently, so you have to judge for yourself who is correct.
3. Working at external locations offers more freedom.
1. The benefits are provided as points for convenience stores under the group, but there are very few of these stores, and their prices are much higher than elsewhere, making them difficult for employees working at external locations to use.
2. You write a daily report every day, but your manager will still come and ask what you are doing. They do not seem to understand the purpose of having you write it.
3. There is no standardized SOP; every manager does things differently.
4. During the three major festivals, frozen products that are close to their expiration dates are often distributed, which causes a lot of inconvenience for many people.
5. The job responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks, and female employees are forced to do additional clerical work.
The toilet is a bidet toilet.
I served as a mentor for a new employee, but they tried to fob me off with only NT$1,000/month. Bringing in a second person only gets half price, NT$500/month. Such a huge group, yet so stingy.
The lower-level managers are all normal people, and most colleagues are easy to get along with.
Senior management will ask for your personal phone number, then require SMS verification, and afterward ask you to join their group. From time to time, they send pointless news to show how smart they are, and they also send Line messages on holidays. They are extremely controlling—proceed only if you can accept that!
