A company specializing in sporting goods. During the interview, the owner was nearly an hour late. The job posting and the interview both said there were two days off per week, and during the interview they also said they followed the Labor Standards Act, but then asked whether I would be willing to take turns working Saturdays—with no overtime pay. What?! Also, the owner seemed somewhat disrespectful toward design majors... In addition to graphic design, they expected web design and technical drawings as well. It feels like a somewhat strange company?
