This is very simple. Do you understand what I mean?
None
The atmosphere is very stifling, with a feeling that everything is about to die. Work is very inefficient, there is very little room for development, and the manager has very little sense of responsibility. Colleagues seem very enthusiastic on the surface, but behind your back they actually act like they couldn’t care less about you.
On-time working hours, lunch provided, salary negotiable.
Dull atmosphere, limited interaction, very conservative, inefficient.
The company is fairly well established, and its products are good. You can tell that senior management is very ambitious.
The work hours are regular, the company provides meals, and the leave policy is standard.
The salary is paid quite properly; overall, it’s good.
The supervisor is a good person.
I worked there previously, so things may have improved by now. At the time, I felt that the office atmosphere was extremely stifling. The long-term employees were very distant (with only one or two exceptions), which made me feel out of place and gave me the feeling that “I didn’t seem to be welcome.” After a while, I no longer wanted to go to work. I also asked around and found that several new employees had resigned for the same reason. If they could improve this aspect of the long-term employees’ behavior, I think it would basically be a good company.
