Completely disregards the contract. The boss is like a rabid dog. The sales team knows nothing and only talks; they even shift the blame for their own problems. There is absolutely no system or structure.
Absolutely do not recommend it.

You Sheng Electronics sends employees for training, but requires employees to pay half the cost. The company is unwilling to invest in employees’ long-term development.
Employees may be laid off at any time before the Lunar New Year.
The work is easy, and the boss and senior employees are all kind and friendly. You can share any thoughts or ideas related to work, and everyone can joke around casually as well. Occasionally, you can even go out to eat and chat together. It is a work environment full of positive energy.
The water purifier is from Amway.
You can eat at the self-service restaurant, with a NT$30 subsidy, but it takes 20 minutes to get there and back.
At Yousheng Electronics, customs-related work requires shift work, and you can only leave around 8–9 p.m. There is no overtime pay, and any customs issues must be resolved immediately before you can leave. They are always looking for beginners who can come and learn, but the boss expects you to be able to do everything. The pay is not high, and the work is dull and monotonous.

Yousheng Electronics is not recommended. Yousheng mainly relies on government X-ray machine tenders, with one tender per year, bidding with two cards, in Kaohsiung, Taichung, and Keelung. When it wins a tender, it hires people; when it does not, it lays people off. These are phase-based tasks: hiring people while laying others off at the same time. Its hiring approach is like riding a donkey while looking for a horse, or picking up stones. The firearm simulator at the Republic of China Military Academy is an example. After the order was completed and payment collected just before the Lunar New Year last year, the engineers were immediately laid off.

No need to clock in or out when coming to or leaving work
Yousheng Electronics mainly operates on a project-based basis. When there are many new projects, they immediately hire new employees; when there are fewer projects, they immediately lay people off. The work is all temporary and project-based.
The company car is very new
