Pros
The environment is good, and the colleagues are nice, but there are many people who only put on a show. There is no system, so everyone does whatever they want.
Cons
The lack of systems has led to complete chaos. Capable people cannot be retained, while those who stay continue to make a mess. Those who can turn a blind eye can have a very comfortable time, while serious management problems remain unresolved!
