Read the community guidelinesJob opening: Warehouse worker
Advantage: It sounds like there are none
The same problem as some companies: They always post the salary after extreme overtime on job sites.
In reality, it is only 24 or 25; it becomes 27 only after the probationary period. The job duties sound numerous and miscellaneous.
When there is nothing to do, they put it nicely by saying you can learn QC and other things. Based on the practices of many companies and years of work experience, the more you learn, the more you end up taking on everything. Learning more only creates trouble for yourself, while the salary does not increase.....
I advise job seekers not to be misled by the posted salary. You have to ask about the actual amount to know.
Because if they posted the base salary without overtime, many companies would not be able to recruit anyone at all. Why???
The pay is even lower than that of workers in sweatshops. No wonder they can’t recruit anyone.......
