Pros
There is no uniform or dress code, so you can wear whatever you want every day (?)
Cons
A family business where managers don't teach people and like to shirk responsibility. The owner's wife doesn't keep her word, and there is no overtime pay. Even if you finish your work and leave on time every day, you'll still be subjected to sarcastic remarks from your manager. Incidentally, the company doesn't have a water dispenser either!
