When it comes to salary negotiations, regardless of what you did before, they will always say you have no experience. The salary is simply NT$33,000. Just look at the job bank: they are urgently hiring all the time. Once you go to the interview, you understand why they are always urgently hiring—the compensation is poor. Basically, it is just some easy, cushy job where you stand around. Even this NT$33,000 includes the perfect-attendance bonus and meal allowance; after deducting those, the actual amount is only NT$29,000. They also require applicants to have Class B indoor wiring and Class A electrician licenses. Come on. Certifications are expensive. They offer this kind of salary and expect people to put up with it, so no wonder they cannot find anyone. You also have to work at a science park in Central Taiwan, with no commuting allowance, and the commuting distance and time are even longer. It would probably be quite difficult to debase yourself for such a low-paying job.
