The general manager is the chairman’s daughter
Extremely neurotic… very emotional
She carries the invoice stamp with her every day and refuses to stamp sales orders for customers to return, holding up the sales team’s shipments. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it before.
The company computers are unbelievably terrible; all day long, you just watch the screen display a blue spinning circle… endlessly looping.

The salary is not high.
There isn’t much work because there aren’t many orders.
If you can tolerate the unreasonable general manager and the low pay, you can give it a try.
1. There are some good colleagues, but there are more bad ones.
1. The boss is emotional. During the interview, they said there would be no overtime, but leaving on time would result in being singled out. They deliberately say at 4:50 that there will be a meeting at 5:00, then keep it going until 7:00.
2. The company had US$6.78 million in funding withdrawn and may be going under.
3. The process role may also have to handle production control, operations, products, and mechanical engineering.
4. When they cannot find an error in the report, they say it is an attitude problem.
