The boss loves to make grand promises to you but never delivers!
She likes to assign tasks right before the end of the workday, delaying your departure! Then, if something is wrong, she says she’ll do it herself! They want to hire someone on a low salary who can do everything! They often say not to be so calculative and that if you know how to do something, you should help as much as possible! There are tons of miscellaneous tasks. The boss constantly changes what she says, you can’t contradict her, and her thinking is too old-fashioned.
The internal processes are very disorganized. You have to know how to do everything from start to finish, like being a general-purpose worker! Low salary, lots of demands! The boss’s wife cannot be trusted—she talks a lot of nonsense! People with work experience should not easily take a job here, as it will hinder their career prospects.
Basically, it's an environment where all the colleagues are easy to get along with.
The boss's wife always dumps work on you right before the end of the workday and then says to finish it before leaving today.
When I first joined the company, I thought doing online retail and such was really fresh and exciting. But after working there for a month, I realized that the boss's wife's promise to teach you properly was all nonsense. Even after taking you through the work for two weeks or so, she still just dumps things on you and then says some jaw-dropping, pointless nonsense after seeing the results.
