The interview process was initially good. The employees seemed to get along well, and the company appeared willing to provide learning opportunities. They also showed me around and introduced me to employees from various departments. I had explained in advance that I needed to apply for work documents in order to work, and the managers agreed during the interview. They were also willing to cooperate with my application and offered me the position.
However, when I called within two days to ask about the documents needed for the application, they said that applying for the documents was troublesome, and later stated that I had not been hired. This left the applicant at a loss and made the company's sudden change of position feel lacking in integrity.
