The business manager is a harridan (she has been working alongside the boss for 20 years), with a loud, powerful voice—and plenty of force when berating people as well. She frequently gets things wrong because there seems to be something wrong with her own thinking, and when she becomes embarrassed and angry, that’s just how it is. Her way of communicating with boss Jiang Jiaxi is equally merciless.
The key point is that she is also shamelessly convinced that she handles things purely on a professional basis and earns people’s respect through her abilities. That is simply not the case.
Ordinary people simply do not want to waste their breath arguing with someone whose thinking is unclear.
In any case, employees there are treated merely as tools—not quite “servants” yet!
But even over minor matters, she often loudly berates people in public.
No need to change it
