Pros
The owner is friendly, and the company feels a lot like home.
Cons
It’s really important to get along with your colleagues. Communication is difficult when there’s a generation gap. If your specialty is graphic design, there isn’t much you can learn here. Also, one person has to do too many different things; the company is small and there aren’t clearer divisions of responsibilities, so there’s no room to apply your own skills.
