1. The interview was conducted at a small table by the elevator, with two people seated there. It was extremely disrespectful to the job applicant, and the pandemic-prevention regulations were not followed.
2. It was only upon arriving at the site that I learned this was a position for a subsidiary construction company; the job was advertised under the name of the development company.
3. Throughout the entire interview, the interviewer required the applicant to remove their mask, in violation of the pandemic-prevention regulations.
4. When asked about the job duties, they repeatedly said they did not know, and no department manager attended. I could not understand the purpose of the interview; it was a complete waste of time.
5. During the interview, they spoke ill of their own company’s employees and even mentioned things like forcing employees to leave by reducing their bonuses. I found it absurd and highly unprofessional.
