Read the community guidelines0 pros, as bad as it gets
A terrible company—do not waste your time interviewing or working there.
The projects you get to work on cover a very broad range, including packaging, branding, graphic design, web design, store interiors, and more.
You can learn many related skills, and if you have a serious attitude, the company is quite willing to teach you.
When there are a lot of projects, it can be really exhausting. Looking back on those years, although I felt a lot of pressure, what I learned has been very useful ever since and also helped me build up my portfolio. It was worthwhile.
There are no bonuses or year-end bonus, which feels quite frustrating.
The hardware and equipment are fairly old.
Overall, spending a few years there to gain experience is a good choice. After leaving, you’ll be able to handle many different things.
Not bad; the boss is quite knowledgeable.
I learned quite a few concepts.
The benefits are standard, and the company isn’t one that requires unpaid overtime.
It’s okay.
The benefits are pretty good! Very employee-friendly.
I used to work there and also received travel subsidies and work bonuses. There must have been some misunderstanding for it to be like this!
Overtime pay
Say one thing, do another
There is overtime pay
Since I joined the company, at least one employee has been FIRED every month. Employees are often unexpectedly told to leave that very day, which is why the company keeps recruiting—using people and then discarding them. The boss and managers have an attitude of throwing people away when they are no longer useful. Basically, you will be mistreated as soon as you join, so everyone should be careful. There is also constant overtime; if you cannot hold out, they will simply tell you to leave.
There are far too many stories of poor employees being mistreated. Several people cried every day after joining and seemed to develop depression.
The work is inefficient and there are no systems.
I do not want to list all the bad things one by one.
Overtime pay (basic)
Everything is terrible: an unhealthy work environment, emotionally volatile and disrespectful managers, and the company treats all employees as nothing more than tools. They are also extremely quick to lay people off!
None
Treats employees as disposable and fires them indiscriminately
Managers are self-centered in their thinking, only high-school graduates, and have poor management and communication skills
Does not control costs; frequent overtime
Employee travel subsidies are promised but never actually received
No year-end bonus; project bonuses are also promised but never actually received
High pressure and high turnover
Absolutely none
The boss is often not in Taiwan, so all communication has to go through the only manager. There is absolutely no professional marketing sense, and their design skills are not improving either. What they are probably best at is firing people and gossiping.
None
*The promised project bonus was completely absent
*Very fond of arbitrarily laying people off
*Supervisors like to privately gossip about and comment on employees
*Supervisors lack professional knowledge
*Poor internal communication
