A certain team leader in the Packaging Department seems to have no idea what she is thinking. She keeps scheduling employees who have been with the company for less than three or four months to work two hours of overtime until 7 p.m. (except on Fridays), while rarely scheduling veteran employees for overtime (or assigning them fewer overtime hours). The same goes for taking leave: when a newcomer takes leave once a month, she makes things difficult for them and uses a very unpleasant tone, while veteran employees take one or two days of leave—or even longer—every week, and sometimes two or more veteran employees take leave on the same day and do not come to work, yet it is all fine and nothing happens.
Even when a new employee takes marriage leave, she questions them about whether they will have children in the future (with the same tone, attitude, and facial expression, as if the employee owed her tens of millions), apparently because she is afraid the newcomer will later take maternity leave. Then why are you allowed to have children yourself? Why don’t you ask yourself why you wanted to have children? It really seems that you can do it, but others cannot.
I don’t know whether this is an order from senior management to this team leader or the team leader’s own idea. In any case, it is an indisputable fact that this team leader in the Packaging Department often makes things difficult for new employees.
