Pros
The company has been acquired by Ocean Network Express, so I’m sharing some fond memories from before.
1. Managers who are very considerate and humane.
2. Free lunch.
3. Not too much work, with almost no overtime.
4. Most of the time, managers would shoulder the pressure properly before breaking the work down and assigning it to each team member, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
Cons
1. Average salary.
2. Every position is already filled, so there are not many opportunities for promotion.
