When competing for company resources during department store promotional periods, the sales managers just deal with things perfunctorily. As long as there is something available, that is good enough; they do not care whether it is actually helpful. But when sales targets are not met, they keep scolding us. They also do not provide regular, practical training. They say you cannot learn anything and can only apply your previous experience, while the company thinks that since it spent money hiring you, you are supposed to contribute. But there should at least be basic training, right…
