Cons

A very bad company, notorious by word of mouth in the plate-making and printing industry.

The owner, Chang Chih-an, does nothing but play mahjong all day and is extremely stingy with employees.

Basically, there are no benefits to speak of. Other companies pay their year-end bonuses in February, but he pays them in July. Why? Because business volume is very high from April through June, and he holds your bonus until July to prevent you from leaving. Do people not need money during the Lunar New Year? Also, the gap between reported and actual salaries at this company is very large. Think carefully before joining. The owner's younger brother is basically an outsider to the industry. Relying on his brother being the owner, he earns an annual salary of one or two million while doing nothing but scolding employees. Before joining a company that does not treat its employees like human beings, please think carefully.

Pros

Friday afternoon tea time?

Occasionally, the boss's wife gives us snacks~

Cons

If the junior boss and his wife are still the same personality-wise,

I advise everyone not to stay, because there is no overtime pay for working overtime.

The design and sales positions also have very high turnover rates.

The sales manager really likes to dump work on you right before you get off work on Fridays,

expecting you to finish it that day and put it on his desk.

It's also a team with very little cohesion.

If you still happen to be in the department with the most office gossip,

congratulations—you've earned the special skill of working overtime~

Pros

The interviewer was very friendly.

Cons

No overtime pay, no overtime pay, no overtime pay, so I’m giving it a negative review.

The reason is that overtime may be caused by one's own work errors or lack of proficiency.

When there is genuinely too much work and overtime is necessary, additional performance bonuses are paid during the peak season. (The amount varies each year and depends on the workload handled at the time.)

The interview result was a probationary salary of 26K, with a base salary of 28K upon becoming a regular employee. The year-end bonus is at least one month’s salary.

Pros

You generally don’t need to clean up yourself, and you can wear slippers inside the company. The benefits listed on the employment website are numerous and sound wonderful.

Cons

Basically, it is on par with a company in the same industry, 傳動數位OO有限公司. The big boss and the small boss are brothers, and the entire management team is controlled by family members. The big boss has more social experience, while the small boss is completely incapable. He smokes all day and uses the phone to summon employees to his office to chat. He also does not understand the printing side of things as well as an ordinary printing project coordinator.

As for whether this job can give you a promising future, the answer is no. You will basically just earn a fixed salary and keep going that way. Oh, I almost forgot to mention: this company forces employees to work overtime. If you do not work overtime, they will put a label on you and cast you aside (even if you are capable of finishing your work without overtime, you still have to cooperate with everyone and work overtime). Seeing that more and more job openings from this company are appearing on the employment website, I advise all job seekers to carefully examine its postings (especially those for graphic designers and sales assistants). Many of them have been posted for roughly a year or more. A good company will make an effort to retain its employees, rather than assuming it can simply recruit new graduates every year to exploit them.
