Pros
The office work environment is good (not counting the people).
There is a sparkling water machine and lots of snacks (with a budget for offerings, you can buy whatever you like to eat).
Cons
1. The colleagues "at the time" were all very nice, but their thought processes at work were very unclear, which caused you a lot of trouble in carrying out your tasks.
2. The administrative staff "at the time" were salaried under a fixed-responsibility system, so no overtime pay was provided.
It has been some time since I left that place.
