The boss is neurotic and has a very bad temper, and often shouts at employees. The pay is low, and one person is expected to do the work of three. Employees also have to clean up the boss’s dog’s feces. The boss leads the way in smoking inside the factory, always smells of alcohol, and the salary details are unclear.
