First place in making grand promises
Dishonest about pay. Pays late. Reports lower salaries for labor and health insurance. Won’t spend money on occupational safety PPE. Just wants the work completed. If something goes wrong, they expect employees to pay!
There aren't really any pros.
Even when payday arrives, employees still have to ask before the salary is transferred! Overtime pay isn't calculated according to the Labor Standards Act... Usually, the work you do is worth much more than the salary you receive!
There’s no dinner provided for overtime... In such a desolate place where birds don’t even lay eggs, how could there be any bento shops...
