Guantian Factory:
Due to an uneven distribution of work, some employees can eat at 11:30, while others have to work until 12:50, when the bell rings, before they can eat.
In addition, there is serious slacking off among employees (the pay is the same, and the boss does not often return to the factory).
Furthermore, I worked for five months under the title of temporary worker (although my working hours were the same as those of full-time employees).
The company did not provide labor insurance, health insurance, etc. (It was difficult to report this because relatives and friends also work here.)
In addition to working overtime (in October, there were two days when I worked from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; however, to avoid exceeding the legally permitted delayed working hours, someone would uniformly clock everyone in and out),
if there are no goods, employees still have to work on statutory holidays, but are only paid the regular rest-day rate.
